Payment Methods:
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Bokamo Designs accepts VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, personal checks and money orders. Orders received with a personal check or money order will be shipped once the check has cleared our bank.
Shipment Method:
All orders are shipped by U.S. priority mail or other carrier per the customer’s request. All shipments over $100 are insured and billed to the customer accordingly.
Minimum Shipping and Handling Costs:
$6.95 for each package up to 1 pound shipped via U.S. priority mail plus insurance if applicable. (Insurance cost is based on the value of the contents of each order.)
Return Policy:
We will make every attempt to ensure that what you receive is what you expected. In the event that you need to return something the goods must be returned within 10 days of purchase and must be in good condition. There will be a $5.00 restocking charge. If a customer wishes to have a credit applied to their credit card there will be a 5% credit card fee. Returns on custom orders require approval – please contact us.
